U12s Stockport vs Timperley

U12s Stockport vs Timperley.

Away at Timperley this weekend for a game on their infamous `astro turf` for some spills and thrills. 

The last time we played Timperley, some months ago, it was evident that they were going to be a very strong team this year and also likely contenders to reach the finals in some of the tournaments.

Today was no different as their mature team dominated the game, they are a difficult team to engage for our young Stockport players, due to their size and strength and they also kept all their best and strongest players on the pitch for the majority of the time, despite having some younger players in their squad also.

However our young Stockport team stuck to their game and we managed a couple of goals at the same time, while trying to avoid any serious injuries on the hard pitch.
