Delighted to welcome a new team at U12s, to Stockport, and hope Boardman & Eccles have a good season developing young lads in to this great game. With Boardman a little short on numbers, they used 3 players from Cheadle Hulme to make a 10 a side game, to which we were delighted. Similar outcome and performance so far this season, strong at face, moving the ball well, finishing well, with lots of good opportunity for new players to get involved. I am pleased to note that Luca scored his first (of many) goals today, as moved to a 6-0 lead at half time, finishing the game 12-2 to the good. 6 Different scorers, but only 1 assisted, with goals from Luca, Hugo (2), Rhys (3), William (2), Cameron (2) and Jay (2). Not a lot for the lad in between the pipes to do, today.
