In the first of our 2 games this morning, we came up against WACS (for the 2nd time this season), and with a couple of loanee's we all enjoyed a 10-a-side game in the sunshine. Specific instructions this morning on looking for assists (as opposed to just scoring), we were delighted that 6 of the 7 goals scored we're all assisted. As seems to be the picture thus far, we raced to a 1-5 lead, with some absolute sublime lacrosse being played, and a 1-2 return in the 2nd half. The ball moved effortlessly from one end of the pitch to the other, with consummate ease, it was a pleasure to see all that hard work paying off. Delighted to mention Ethan making his U12 debut and particular mention to Jay M, who had his first outing in between the pipes, doing everything right. With assists from Rhys, Aaron, Ben, William, Cameron and Hugo the scorers were Rhys (3), Aaron, Hugo (2), and Cameron.
