U12s v Heaton Mersey

In the first of our three way this morning, we took on Heaton Mersey.  The weather being more wintery than we are all used too, and a sign of things to come for the rest of the winter.  Stockport coming out victorious with a 9-2 victory.  In the first half we dominated play, leaving the half 7-1 up, whilst running in a couple more goals in the second half.

U12's v Norbury. 2nd Match

All fresh from a rest between matches, Stockport came up against Norbury which ended in a 4-7 defeat to the boys in blue.  Looking good, moving the ball around well.  A good team effort.  Special mention to Hugo and William for goalkeeping duties this morning.

In the first of our two games, we lined up against Poynton where an excellent game ensued with Stockport coming out on top 9-2.  Our excellent finishing being the difference between the two teams.

It was always going to be a hard game - but with no subs either, we did well to keep going and to score 5 goals against an older, bigger team. A good performance but our first loss of the season.

Final score - Timperley more than us : Stockport 5
